Illumination Session

Exploration of your current challenges, themes and recurring patterns. We will identify shadow work requirements and uncover areas where your energy is stifled and your ascension bottlenecked. You also receive a comprehensive written insights into what we uncovered during our session.

3 Month Journey

6 x 60 minute sessions over 3 months along with 1 weekly email contact and support, shadow work prompts, and advice for exercises to take away and practice between sessions.

6 Month Transformation

My deepest level of support, designed for those committed to profound inner transformation, spiritual development, long term integration. 12 sessions over 6 months with priority support. Receive weekly email support, personalised practices (guidance on specific breath work practice, grounding exercises, guided meditations all tailored to your specific journey), and ongoing guidance & accountability to support your growth goals.
