About Ascension Roots
Hello and welcome to Ascension Roots, I am Kat Christiana co-creator of Ascension Roots.
Ascension roots was conceived in 2019 through a download from spirit, pre pandemic and pre my 5th child. Ascension roots is so named in recognition of the strong desire in people who are experiencing a spiritual awakening to ‘ascend’ toward a higher vibration and connect with source (Yahweh, spirit, God, the universe). A lot of focus is given toward activating the higher chakras (of the 12 primary chakras) in pursuit of connecting with the divine and other beings. We are all seeking connection because our soul remembers home, a place were we are all connected with the divine and each other, because we are all one. The quest for collective consciousness, is actually a desire to find our way back to ourselves. However, pursuing activation of the higher chakras when the lower chakras are not balanced and healthy leads to major disruption of the 3D bodies energy field, disease and imbalance become prevalent, and emotional and psychological issues arise (if they were not already there). Therefore to achieve true ascension we must do our groundwork (shadow work) and have healthy balanced chakras, please see ‘the groundwork’ and ‘the energy field and the chakras’ for further information. This essential work starts with the Muladhara, the root chakra, working with balancing the root chakra, and doing our groundwork, is the route too true ascension.
The root is the route to ascension.
Working with the root chakra is part of the essential groundwork (please see ‘the groundwork and ‘the root route’) one form of ground work is (and in my opinion one that everyone benefits from) formal therapy, any type of therapy and counselling is shadow work after all (please see ‘shadow work with Ascension Roots‘ for further information). Please note that I am not a formal therapist or counsellor, and my offering is to spiritually guide you and support you on your empowerment and healing journey. The support I offer does not replace or undermine formal therapy.
You can absolutely choose to undertake your shadow work on your own, there is more information available now than there was when I started my journey, regular journaling and following shadow work prompts will definitely aid you in self reflection, and I have tried to give a good base for shadow work on this website for anyone to use in their own self reflective practice.
You can also choose to work with someone like me, a Shadow Work Guide, a person who walks the shadow work journey with you, not for you, a person who can guide and support you because they are so familiar and comfortable with the territory. Someone who has traveled to their own darkness multiple times, someone who sits with the collectives darkness so frequently that they notice shifts in the balance, and someone who is completely comfortable with another souls darkness and able to guide them through it with genuine excitement for what the journey will uncover, and the privilege of watching another soul transition.
Working with me is for those who are serious about shadow work, for those who no longer want to hold themselves back; through fear of the unknown, through disbelief that they are strong enough to undertake this work, or through using addictions and distractions that keep you stuck and numb. If you are ready to step into radical self responsibility, emancipation from the chains holding you down and be liberated from the traumas that have shaped the life you are currently leading, then self reflective healing is likely the right course for you.
My life before my radical awakening (different from the first spiritual awakening) couldn’t have been more contrasting, my first degree was in adult nursing, my masters in medical law and ethics, and I worked for corporations in the cut throat sales environment. This education and career background all served to bring me to where I am now, and I appreciate every minute of it.
I am a mother of 5 incredible people, and in my view of this life I am a mother first and foremost. My eldest is 21, my youngest is 3, I have learned more from these 5 souls in the last 21 years, than in any other of all my collective experiences and lives.
I am a healer (a person who supports and empowers others to heal themselves and contains the energy and frequency of healing) and I am clarevoyant. Spirit calls me a soul speaker, which is the term given for a human with my particular mix of abilities and purpose, someone who has awakened their Clairs and is incarnate with the goal to assist others in their journey with healing. I am a reiki practitioner (both Usai and Sekhem), and a 7th level breathing teacher.
I am as passionate about your healing journey as my own, the more of us that do this work, the higher the collective vibration. The more of us that do this work now, the less of a clean up operation we leave the future generations, they already have their work cut out after all.
