Follow Up Session

Follow Up Sessions are for anyone who has previously worked with me. They can be for any reason, and follow on from any session. Shadow integration and inner child healing can take a few sessions. Most of us have more than 1 unhealed aspect that requires integration, to date I have integrated and healed 23 of my own aspects. In reflection of that Inner child and Shadow Integration sessions are able to be bulk booked at a discounted rate. However, you may have had several sessions and had a break and then require a follow up. You may also require a follow up after an Advanced Shadow Work or Womb Cocoon session. These sessions are designed to be a complete process, they are however undertaking very deep work and you may require a follow up or two. There are no time frame parameters.

During a follow up session we will do a grounding exercise, discover what is rising for attention, answer your questions, discuss suitable paths for self reflective healing, I will give you a reiki treatment (if selected), and then to close we have a discussion over what we have identified together and agree upon next steps if any are required.

These sessions are offered at 60 minutes (without reiki) or 90 minutes (with reiki), if you feel you have a lot to discuss and would like to book a longer session please use the contact page.
