The Goddesses Rage

The Womb Cocoon Sessions are very similar to advanced Shadow work Sessions, with one very important difference. We have an emphasis on working with the Goddess, different Deities come forward dependant upon what we are working on. For example, The Goddesses Rage sessions are typically chaperoned by Kali, Lilith, Medusa, Hecate and even The Morrigan. Whereas Ostara, Brigid, Aphrodite, Ishtar, or Isis tend to step forward in fertility issues. We can always work with a Goddess that you have a connection with if you have a preference. Working with the Goddesses is a key component of The Womb Cocoon work, it connects us back to our heritage, and most importantly our power.

By integrating each session with a reiki healing treatment, we are able to continue with our regular day to day activities whilst integrating our shadow or fractured aspect of self, the transition will still have some discomfort and charge, but it will be eased by the reiki energy. In my experience it can take some days after the session for the wounded aspect to integrate fully.
Shadow integration and inner child healing is offered at two time lengths to cater for individual requirements (90 minutes and 150 minutes), some woundings are deep and require more time, your individual needs can be discussed upon booking.
Self care is essential at any time, but it is more acutely required following such a treatment. Please factor in that you will need to pay extra attention to your nutrition (avoiding foods that are low vibrational), who you are with following the treatment ( you are gently advised against a busy social activity for the remainder of the day), taking gentle supportive exercise (for example a walk in nature would be very nurturing) drinking at least 2 litres of water and taking adequate rest. It is advised to avoid anything particularly taxing or strenuous for 3 days after the treatment, and maintain a gentle nurturing approach toward your self care.
