The Chain Breaker

The Chain Breaker

Could you be a chain breaker?

  • Do you feel strongly that you have a special purpose?
  • Do you feel lonely? Isolated even in a room full of people? Homesick for somewhere you can’t recall?
  • Do you feel like the black sheep in your family?
  • Are you challenged by health issues?
  • Are you highly sensitive or an empath?

If you have answered Yes to some of the above, then you may well be a Chainbreaker, read on to find out.

Chainbreakers are warrior souls here on Earth for a specific reason, to liberate many people. It is not an easy path and it can feel lonely. You are not alone, there are many chain breakers incarnate at this time, because there are many people who are stuck in a karmic cycle. There is a lot to learn about being a chain breaker; if you want to understand why you feel the way you do, and how to start your journey of liberation  then you are in the right place.

I have endeavoured to provide a solid foundation of knowledge to assist your journey, given the importance of a chain breakers purpose, there is much to discuss.

You may need time to process, if so, pause and come back later.

This is your journey, so go at your pace.

Who are the Chainbreakers?

Chain breakers are souls that have come to earth with a very specific purpose. Their intention whether they are conscious of it or not, is in the healing of trauma that has lain unresolved within a family for generations. Where family members have minimal self awareness perhaps, or demonstrate inability to undertake self reflective healing. Many can be trapped by their fear, they are unable to bear the truth of the toxic dynamics and behaviours modelled amongst the adults in that family. When a traumatised parent raises their child unconsciously, that child grows up immersed within the culture unique to that family, and ultimately grows up traumatised themselves. They unwittingly maintain the same cycle of unconscious behaviour and on and on, the cycle goes.

If you consider these patterns and cycles could have been perpetuated within a family for many generations (or even have been gradually worsening with each generation within a family that have never undergone any self reflective healing), it is obvious that breaking the cycle and chains holding that family in misery is not going to be an easy undertaking.

The Chain Breaker 2Many souls (often Earth apprentices & Guardians ) are here learning in an attempt at evolving their souls experiences, adding to the collective consciousness and source knowledge. They have many lessons to learn, karma to balance and karma to gain. Whatever trauma they are working on healing (if aware) will be in the majority their own. Indeed there will be concurrent life trauma, and the collectives traumas, to work through, but the work garnered will have mostly been the souls own.

A chainbreaker is a warrior soul (often what we would call a Star Seed or Angelic Realm being), who has incarnated with the task of healing the trauma of many, many people, in the hundreds. They incarnate into a traumatised family, break the chains locking that family into a karmic cycle and liberate the entire genealogy. I am aware it sounds like an enormous task, it is. Chainbreakers are not known as warrior souls for no reason, they are equipped with the means to do this work, they just have to awaken the codes within.

The Chain Breaker 3Why are the Chainbreakers here?

Often, the chain breaker commences their work as soon as they are able. They start disrupting the status quo within a family dynamic from toddlerhood, frequently identifying as ‘the black sheep’ of the family. The unsettled family labels the chain breaker ‘a problem child’, they often can’t understand why this child in particular is such a challenge, when all the others are ‘fine’. The disruptive child is actually there to show everyone else where they need to heal and grow.  If the adults in the chainbrakers family unit use some self reflection and the disruptors behaviour as a compass, it can shine a light on the toxic and stagnated behaviours within a family dynamic.

Chain breakers are not necessarily here to point fingers and demand change within their family dynamic, for many chain breakers the surest path to liberating their family from its bondage is by simply being liberated themselves. By not engaging with the toxic dynamics, by undertaking self reflective healing, and generally not following the status quo. Creating a contrast, but also shining a light that others can follow. Their courage to step away from the ‘rules’ of that family creates a space that other members of the family can step into, if they can find the courage within themselves. Often incentivised by the Chainbreakers liberation, it creates a ‘if they can, so can I’ reasoning.

Are you a Chainbreaker?

Given that the chain breaker will be born into an unconscious family, it is more than likely that they will grow up without a guide or support for their particular purpose. Being isolated in this way often bears a heavy toll on them and how they see themselves, many chain breakers suffer frequent if not chronic illness as a consequence. Liberation from the challenges of being a chain breaker comes with radical acceptance, self healing, and discovery of your purpose.

Frustratingly, due to the low vibration and density on the current earth, when chain breakers incarnate they do so with the same parameters as any other soul. They do not remember who they are, what their mission is or how to go about it. First awakening can happen spontaneously, most everyone knows someone who had a life-changing experience and became a different person. For most people however, awakening takes time and one of the surest paths to awakening a higher consciousness is through suffering, Eckhart Tolle explains this beautifully in ‘The power of Now’ (which is in my personal top ten of recommended books) for anyone wanting to further understand how suffering is an aid in the awakening process.

The Chain Breaker 4Chainbreaker indicators (pre shadow work).

  • Black sheep / lone wolf/ disruptor of family.
  • Chronic illness (often several).
  • Experienced anxiety and low mood.
  • Struggle with feelings of not belonging.
  • Often homesick for a place they can’t recall.
  • Struggles within the 3d matrix (financial issues, staying in employment, home instability).
  • Unexplained physical pain.
  • Volatility in relationships.
  • Challenges with maintaining a healthy body weight.
  • Born into families with a toxic dynamic.
  • Has (at least one) Clair, even if suppressed or misunderstood (e.g. claircognisant).
  • Would align with being an ’empath’.
  • Sensitive too and distressed by the suffering of others.

How do we ‘Chainbreak’?

For a chain breaker to feel aligned with their purpose and path a fair amount of shadow work is likely necessary, as discussed the early years of a chain breakers life are likely to have been turbulent. The points above illustrate how disconnected and disillusioned chain breakers become. A substantial and thorough self reflective healing journey is required, to rectify all of the unhelpful programming and trauma.

This healing work is part of the chain breaker path, the very act of undertaking it, is a large part of the chain breaker purpose.

The common chain breaker path to Awakening

  1. Incarnation – this is a shock and takes a little while too calibrate, then disrupt status quo in traumatised family.
  2. Disillusionment – mood destabilisation / chronic ill health take effect due to realising they don’t belong, escapism often becomes a favoured past time.
  3. Awakening – the quest for the self and liberation begins.

There is no set amount of time for these phases, everyones path to first awakening is unique, but the healing journey does not start without reaching it. Then eventually the call to heal becomes inescapable. Chainbreakers are born with a higher awareness and are continually receiving messages from the universe, once they are tapped into a higher frequency and can comprehend these messages they will be guided to heal.

The path to chain breaker healing (that I recommend)

  1. Reconnecting to the self – please see ‘Your Shadow Work Journey & where to start‘ for more on this.
  2. Inner child healing, the integration of those fractured aspects of self is fundamental – please see ‘Inner Child Healing‘.
  3. Shadow Integration, often a chain breakers greatest strengths can be in the shadow self – please see ‘Shadow Integration’.
  4. Acceptance and Alignment, the second phase of the chain breakers path can commence once integration is complete (or as near as) and true self love and respect is a guiding principle.

When trying to decipher a chain breakers purpose and path, to enable insight into the second phase it can be beneficial to turn to astrology. You can find clues through your natal chart, in particular in discovering what sign Pluto is in, look to the house and sign and research the literature indicated. Also if you have a stellium in your natal chart this is an indicator of a very specific purpose. Then identify your north and south nodes and discover what these indicate, and research your Chiron placement, they can help point you in the right direction. There is also meditative practice to ask questions of your higher self and spirit team that can help you access answers around purpose. In my experience undertaking shadow work increases your frequency, often Claircognisance and clairvoyance can become more activated and you may find you just know your path.

A challenging but very effective exercise for newly awakened chain breakers, is to face into all the adaptive numbing behaviours that are ingrained within your family dynamic. Have courage and allow radical acceptance of how these behaviours affect you and how you perpetuate them. Even if you are not actively using a toxic behaviour yourself, but allowing yourself to be enmeshed within a toxic dynamic and lacking the courage to call it out, you are perpetuating the cycle. One of my favourite self reminders is, ‘what you allow, will continue’.

Illuminating Chain Breaker Exercise.

Write down all the undesired behaviours that you are aware of within your family, from your uncles drink habit, to your sister who cannot sit down and must always find a useful thing to be doing, record it all. Then 1 by 1 go through them, see what comes up for you, i.e. irritation or sadness, observe and then record the feeling that each behaviour triggers for you. Now pay attention to each behaviour, feel the emotion it triggers (especially to any that trigger a strong emotion like disgust) and honestly answer in what way you also use this coping mechanism, anything that you use to avoid feeling is actually inhibiting your healing and the journey you are on. These need not be as obvious as drugs (nicotine, alcohol, recreation and prescription) many avoidance behaviours are disguised as a strong work ethic, the health obsessed, the clean freak, the anxiously busy behaviour, even the very damaging behaviours of stonewalling, gaslighting, being controlling and dogmatic are actually avoidant protective behaviours.

It might sound cliche, but if you want to heal, you HAVE to feel, this is what Rumi meant when he said

“the cure for pain, is in the pain”.

Ultimately, 1 by 1, you need to release yourself from using these avoidance tactics. It is very likely you may need therapy or a support network to release an avoidance tactic that is also an addiction, so this journey may be a longer one than you initially anticipated. In my experience all healing journeys are longer than initially expected. Regardless, the first step in breaking the chains is to see them for what they are and how they are intertwined with your families unconscious behaviours, the second is in recognising how you are perpetuating this narrative, and your own misery.

I recognise that this information could be intense and even heavy, take your time to process it, and come back as often as needed. Have courage though, if you incarnated as a chain breaker, you are strong enough to do this work, and with the right guidance and support you will succeed in liberating your family and yourself.

Chain Breaker sessions are more advanced and designed for those who have already undertaken several self reflective healing practices, participated in inner child healing and done some shadow integration. You do not need to be deep into your journey, but some understanding and trust in the process will be beneficial.
