The Energy Field and the Chakras

The Energy Field and the Chakras

We are all beings of energy, surrounded by other energy fields all day. As we go through life we can collect clutter and debris from the people, situations and events we encounter. Conflicts, stress, pollution, poor self care and other peoples emotions can leave blockages in our energy bodies. Energy field cleansing can dissolve and dislodge these debris before they become embedded in our energy field causing imbalance and disharmony. The energy field can be cleansed through a variety of ways including using smoke or sound vibration.

Debris we collect in our energy field can become imbedded, these blockages in our energy field can have an undesirable effect on us. Cleansing these unwanted debris relieves the energy field and allows for natural energy flow.

Our natural energy flows throughout our entire energy body, this energy body is made up of (amongst other things) chakras. Chakras are rotating flowing vortexes positioned as energy centres throughout our entire being. We each have 7 primary chakras.

These chakras are responsible for how our energy flows in areas that are fundamental to our wellbeing. These chakras can be closed down or overly opened, resulting in imbalance in our relationships with others and our perception of life. For example, a closed down root chakra (muladhara) can result in a person feeling un-grounded, maybe they don’t feel supported or safe and have a lack focus / victim mentality. Someone with an overblown throat chakra (vishudha) however can overshare and is very loud in how they express themselves. Overblown chakras allow too much energy through and can leave you feeling depleted, a closed down chakra does not allow enough energy in and can leave you feeling isolated

Chakra balancing results in cleansed, balanced and harmonious energy fields, ultimately leaving you feeling more centred and at ease.
